Areas and stages of investment
BBI Capital is mainly interested in projects and companies with high profit and growth potential. We also tend to invest in companies and industries in which know-how is a key determinant of success. Because we are primarily an effective and competent implementer of new solutions and technology we are particularly eager to support business ventures which involve:
1) deployment of technologies which have been tried and tested by the market,
2) implementation of new organisational and business models,
3) financing of patents and licences,
4) organisational and financial restructuring.
When looking for new projects, we do not limit ourselves to particular industries. In fact, we will get involved in any type of business, as long as we find the project interesting and believe in its potential.
BBI Capital NFI invests in business enterprises at every stage of development, including \'early stage\' projects. We are also interested in investing in mature projects, in which we see our main contribution as being effective planning and implementation of restructuring and consolidation processes.
For so-called \'early stage\' projects our involvement may take the form of seed financing, start-up financing or first-stage financing.
Regardless of which industry we are investing in, as far as we are concerned the key strength of any enterprise is its people and their skills, determination and commitment. We therefore look for companies which are run by skilled, creative managers who have the ability to use their knowledge of the environment in which they operate and the financial support and consultation that we provide to strengthen their market position.
