Investment exit strategies
Our investments are currently medium or long-term and strategic in nature. We start looking at possible ways of exiting the company in question from the moment we decide to commit funds. There are various ways of doing this:
- merger,
- selling out to co-owners,
- management buyout,
- sale to trade investors,
- stock market flotation.
In some cases we remain in the company as a·long-term strategic investor.
