Wojciech Grzybowski Wojciech Grzybowski has 15-years experience in capital investment, capital management and operational management of businesses. He specialises in searching for new investment opportunities in e-commerce and business to customers products as well as in restructuring projects.
During his career he has been responsible for investments and de-investments in over 30 investment projects with the biggest return from Vistula/Wólczanka (textiles) and PZU SA (insurance). Moreover, he is an experienced manager in the area of capital management and the operational management of capital restructuring. The projects he has been responsible for include the restructuring of the damage liquidation process in PZU SA as well as the capital restructuring of Chemia Polska. Wojciech Grzybowski has worked for companies such as Polski Bank Inwestycyjny, Polski Bank Rozwoju, BRE Bank, PZU NFI Management, CAIB FM and PZU SA. He has received a degree from the Economics Department at the Swietokrzyski University of Technology.
